Bet it’s bigger than mine…

Unless you’re talking about the veg bit…

Then mine’s bigger…

Nope this isn’t a dick measuring contest…

^^^ There’s plenty of them going on all over
Farcebook…

This comes from a conversation I had with one
of our new badasses…

He mentioned that he eats pretty healthily…

Which is what I hear most people say…

But then he added that his portion sizes are
massive…

Which is a very common problem…

And this is why things like pasta, rice and
bread get bad press…

Yep they’re full of carbs (but is that
bad)?…

I used to do the same…

I love things with pasta and rice…

Especially when they soak up all the juicy
goodness of the accompanying dish…

mmmmmmaaaagggghhhhhhhhh (that’s my Homer
Simpson impression)…

And I used to load up on that shit…

Then I wondered why I did TWO exercise
sessions a day but couldn’t lose any
weight…

I actually knew why (I just hid from it cos I
didn’t want to give up my favourite foods)…

‘But Peter — Didn’t you lose 3 stones’ I
hear you ask…

Yep…

And that’s cos I realised the error of my
ways and…

— DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT…

So here’s a little help for you…

And one of them is measuring your portion with
your thumb (you can use both if one isn’t
enough)…

Try this with every meal and see what
happens…

– Protein 2 palms
– Veggies 2 Fists (but dig in if this isn’t enough)
– Carbs 2 Cupped Hands
– Fat 2 Thumbs

Wallop…

It’s as simple as that for starters dude…

This is what the guys do…

And they’re pretty astounded with the
results…

More Energy…

Weight Loss…

Better Sleep…

More Focus…

Fewer childish tantrums…
