When will your gym re-open?
The current government guidelines state that gyms will be closed until at least July. Even after that, it is uncertain what the situation will be or if you will indeed want to go back that soon even if your gym does adhere to the social distancing rules.
What can you do instead?
The ability to train from home means you will be able to keep social distancing without the uncertainty of queueing for a piece of equipment or even to get into your gym.
How do you train from home?
You can follow free workouts on social media but they won’t be around forever, they are also generic and will not necessarily get you the results you want.
How do you get results with home training?
The most optimal way I know of is to source a kettlebell and learn how to use it. A kettlebell is like an entire gym in one piece of equipment and I have been helping fellas in their 40s learn how to use them effectively for just over 6 years

Meditation is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Whilst I've personally spent time with monks to learn it, you don't need to do that. Headspace (a meditation app) has some free recordings you can simply listen to, unwind and relax.
