Been watching the SAS program on Channel
Four…

Love that stuff me…

You get the guys on there who think they’re
made of solid stuff to get them through…

The fellas who’re ripped…

Can run fast…

Can lift heavy shit…

But as soon as it comes to the psychological
tests they crumble…

Mainly because they’re afraid of failure…

Here’s the thing though dude…

It’s all about staying calm and just keeping
consistent…

This week saw the fellas boxing against each
other…

One guy was a bit of a loose cannon…

He just went in windmilling punches…
totally out of control…

He couldn’t control his aggression which
will eventually get him into trouble…

When you’re out of control is when you make
mistakes…

When you miss a gym session and decide it’s
all over…

So you go back to your old ways…

Or you eat a pizza at the weekend so your
diet is fooked…

So you start eating crap again…

Decisions based on emotions rather than
logic…

^^^ Not always the best ones dude…

But this is how most of us go through life…

Windmilling without stopping to take a deep
breath and actually think about how far
you’ve come…

And how far you can go if you keep your head
sorted…

Which is hard to do on your own right?…

I know cos I tried myself for 10 years and
got precisely nowhere…

Which is why I set up BKS…

To get a group of fellas together who’re
exactly like you…

Who all get it and want to help you…

It’s easier when you can learn from the
experience of guys who’ve already done what
you want to do…

Who’ve already dropped lard and got fitter
and stronger…
