##### hatehashtags #### (the pointless ones anyway)…

I didn’t used to use social media…
Never saw the point in it…
Until I started to train people…
That’s when I realised that I would need to
get myself out there…
Cos wandering all over town dishing out
flyers takes faaaar too long…
And doesn’t work anyway…
Those hours spent wandering around are much
better put to use helping folk like you…
–> You who wants to lose the jublies…
–> You who’s tried everything but can’t quite
seem to make it work for more than a month…
–> You who gets pissed off with family and
friends for no reason… (because you’re
frustrated with how you look)…
I get it my man… cos this used to be me…
I got depressed when I had to roll out of bed
in the morning…
And the time I got out of breath putting my
socks on because my belly got in the way…
That was the last straw (that and a pic of me
on holiday with my top off… kind of called
me out on my own bullshit)…
You see I was going to the gym EVERY day…
But I wasn’t getting any stronger or
fitter… (just because you go doesn’t MAKE
it work)…
So I decided to learn about how to become
fitter… (which is what I thought I
needed)…
I lost 3 stones but ended up pretty skinny
and not very strong…
So I got what I wanted but it didn’t feel
right…
This was when I realised that I needed to get
strong…
Which is why I’m trying to get you to do the
same…
So you don’t make the same mistakes…
Cos sometimes when you get what you want…
you find out it wasn’t what you thought…
And then it a starts again…
— AND IT’S HUGELY FRUSTRATING —
Another thing that’s hugely frustrating…
Is all of the hashtags you see all over
social media…
Telling you that happy thoughts will get you
what you want…
And while it may make you feel good for a
couple of minutes…
Or until the next pointless hashtag comes
along…
You won’t lose weight by reading it…
So how do you get what you want…
Simple…
YOU PUT IN THE REQUIRED WORK
And make it happen…
That’s the only way…
Which is why we only allow committed guys who
are ready to do what’s required to become
stronger & fitter…
If you’re not… then you may want to try a
fitness class at your gym… they’ll get you
sweaty…
But you can quit any time you like and they
won’t even notice…
They’ll just bombard you with
#motivationmonday
#trymoreshittuesday
#humpday (which is Wednesday apparently)…
And most of these will be written on a
picture of some ripped fella who clearly gets
laid every 5 minutes and lets you know that
his life is soooooo much better than yours…
So you will never be happy until you ARE
him…
Oops… a little bit of sick came up there…
Anyhoo…
Before I ramble on any more and work myself
into a frenzy and smash my flat up…
I’m just going to take a deep breath…
