You do it…

I do it…

Birds do it…

Bees do it…

Even educated fleas do it…

^^^ Well maybe not…

But we all do this (which is why we don’t get
the results we want most of the time and
settle for what we’ve already got)…

I see it all the time…

You set yourself a goal or challenge…

You give yourself plenty of time (6 month or
so)…

Plenty of time to train for a half marathon
for example…

Then you get started with all the best
intentions…

But you got a holiday in a couple of weeks…

You have to be away with work for a few
days…

There’ a couple of 40th birthdays on the
horizon that you have to get smashed at…

But you can start after that right…

^^^ You still got three months…

Then all of a sudden there’s only a week to
go and you’re not prepared…

So you decide not to bother and maybe do one
in 6 months (or not)…

A big goal waaaaaaay in the future is fine…

But you need a path to get there…

You need a map of what you will do every week
(every day) to get there…

Taking roadblocks into account so you can
still progress each week…

— Imagine the difference 3 months in when you
could look back and see how far you’d come…

With three months STILL LEFT to complete your
goal…

Most of us look to the future for progress…
when the future doesn’t exist…

But if we look back at what we’ve done and
whether it worked or not then we can make
adjustments before it’s too late…

Have a think about it now…

Grab a pen…

1) What have you done over the last 6 months
to lose weight, get fitter, stronger,
healthier and lose the ‘dad podge’?…

Write it down…

2) Did it work?…

^^^ If yes then keep on doing it…

If no then what can you change to make it
work?…

^^^ Then fkn change it…

It’s that simple my man…

One change you can make right now is to get
yourself some support and accountability…

From a bunch of guys who’ve done exactly
this…

Who keep on progressing cos they look at what
they’ve done that’s worked…

And keep on doing it consistently…

While keeping each other’s heads in the
game…
