It’s a hard slog

Well that’s easy right

But going the other way

Requires mental growth (even if it’s for a
physical change)

Let’s have a look at some examples

Getting a new job

Becoming fitter, stronger and healthier

Writing these emails

Being there when your kids need you

Having a great relationship with your wife

Being appreciative of friends

^^^ These ALL take effort

And it’ll VERY soon be noticed if you reduce
your efforts…
