Got a text from Jonny a couple of days ago…

Jonny’s the badass who came to us to build
strength…

^^^ And did exactly that…

He’s one of the best examples of how
commitment and consistency gets you
results…

Anyhoo…

Jonny’s text said he couldn’t make all of his
sessions this week (Ironic since I just told
you how committed he is right)…

Well…

He had already planned a session to do AT
HOME that evening (cos he only went and
bought his own kettlebell)…

^^^ Which a lot of the guys have done as it
happens…

And what he had planned is pretty damn tough
so I asked him to text me when he’d done it
to see how it went (which was a sneaky way of
making sure he did it)…

— This is where commitment and accountability
come in dude…

Jonny smashed it…

Then texted me to tell me how tough (yet
thoroughly rewarding) it was…

“Knackered and energised at the same time”

Were the exact words he used…

See my man…

You may be busy…

You may struggle to get to 3 sessions per
week (which isn’t much really)…

^^^ Considering how much more energy you’ll
have which’ll make you hugely more productive
in the rest of your life…

And considering you probably spend more time
than that in the gym already (doing stuff
that hasn’t worked)…

Or you spend more than 3 hours per week
worrying that you’re getting: –

More and more stressed…

More and more tired…

More and more ratty with your family…

Takes up a lot of energy this stuff dude…

So why not take these energy sapping thoughts
out of your life…

And INJECT some extra energy through becoming
fitter and stronger so you can handle stress
more easily (and therefore become more calm
and level headed)…

^^^ See how that produces more time my man…

And in those weeks when you truly can’t make
it due to some unforeseen circumstance…

Then you can just make some time at home (30
mins is all you need my friend)…

And you got me to make sure you get it done
(cos I know if you don’t do it it’ll make you
feel guilty)…

Which is pretty powerful when it comes to
getting what you want…

And that’s why I have a coach to keep me
accountable…

^^^ Cos I’m a lazy git…

So dude…

What’s it to be…

Carry on whining about how you can’t get fit
and healthy cos you don’t have time…
