This Doesn’t Take Long (but has massive impact)

How would you like to look and feel 90 days
from now?…

^^^ Have a serious think about this dude and
write it down…

I do this every 90 days…

I do it for my body, my business and my
mind…

All sounds a bit froo froo but if I do this I
get what I want…

If I don’t I have no direction…

When I started this business I had ZERO
clients…

I’d just left a gym I hated being in (which
was scary as hell cos it left me totally on
my own)…

And without any direction I would’ve given
this up within a month…

So why didn’t I?…

Cos I got a coach dude…

I got some help from someone that’s done this
before (and made it work)…

This gave me the faith in myself that I have
what it takes to do this…

And that’s all YOU need my man…

You KNOW you can do it…

You just don’t know HOW…

^^^ If you did you would already have what
you wanted and you wouldn’t need me right…

So have a think about what you REALLY want…

– Is it to lose some weight?

– Is it to get fitter?

– Is it to get stronger?

Then ask yourself WHY you actually want these
things…

What will getting these things add to your
life…

For me I thought I wanted to be fitter and
lose weight…

^^^ Which is EXACTLY what I did (but I still
wasn’t happy)…

WHY?

Cos it wasn’t actually what I wanted…

What I REALLY wanted was to be able to focus
on growing a business that created strong
badasses who could do anything they set their
minds to…

And to do that I needed to be able to focus
MY mind…

Which is why I got into strength training…

It helps you focus…

It gets you stronger…

It makes you realise that you’re capable of a
shit load more than you thought you were…

If you start from where you’re at RIGHT
NOW…

If you swallow your pride and follow a
process that has been proven to work for me
and the guys who’ve joined me over the past
year…

You’ll see a completely different you over
the next 90 days…

Really dude…

If you learn to focus your mind…

^^^ While getting stronger and fitter…

You learn to get shit done without it
stressing you out…

You learn to create an outcome that actually
serves you…

Rather than one that’ll just give you a
temporary high…

Cos a temporary high ALWAYS ends with a
massive low (trust me on this one dude)…

Which is why we focus on continued
improvement…

So you NEVER burn out…

It’s all right here waiting dude…

But you need to be all in on this as we don’t
fuck around here…
