Which Diet Works Best?

What diets have YOU tried then my man?…

Choose from the list:

– Atkins

– 5-2

– Paleo

——- ???????

I’ll be honest with you here…

I’m struggling to come up with any more
(mainly because I’ve NEVER been on a diet)…

These were just off the top of my head…

So I googled ‘list of diets’ and found a site
that listed them ALL apparently…

I didn’t count but there must be a couple of
hundred on there…

^^^ And I’m willing to bet there are more…

Here’s a couple of examples that SOUND good
but probably aren’t (I added the bits in brackets)…

 

‘3 hour diet’ (yeah right)

‘Flat abs diet’

‘Very low calorie diet’ (dangerous)

 

Looking through this list it’s no wonder you
get so fkn confused and don’t bother…

There are sooo many buzz words in there (see
above)…

These words imply:

– The faster the better

– That this is a quick fix (and you can do it
forever)

– That this is easy

Now I know you may be looking for a quick fix
and truthfully…

ANY of these diets will work…

But I can guarantee that you’ll get sick of
em after a couple of weeks…

You’ll probably feel like shit most of the
time…

They’ll make you more stressed…

They’ll make you look like a lollipop with a
massive head and little body…

Now I have a buzzword (and you’ve heard this
before)…

This is a word that appeared in precisely
NONE of these diet names…

I might even pioneer a diet that incorporates
this word…

But then it won’t sound sexy… so maybe I
should try to embellish slightly…

Here’s a few ideas (let me know what you
think is best)…

– be CONSISTENT diet…

– eat like an adult CONSISTENTLY diet…

– have a couple of days off as long as you
can be CONSISTENT most of the time diet…

– CONSISTENCY is key diet…

– don’t follow ANY of the fad diets cos none
of em can be adhered to CONSISTENTLY…

– have a beer but don’t do it CONSISTENTLY
(as in every day)… diet

– order a dessert as long as you’ve earned it
through CONSISTENCY diet…

I’ll keep thinking about this one cos clearly
NONE of these are gonna appeal to the

I-wanna-magic-pill-that’ll-sort-me-out-in-a-
week-with-zero-effort

types
