During the training you'll be working towards increasing your limits in Strength & Fitness. Rather than pushing you to your limit and increasing risk of injury we will be working well within your range to ensure we can increase your capabilities without ever burning you out.

This way we can keep progressing steadily over the 12 weeks and then test your limit at the end.

Phases

PHASE 1 - General Preparation (first 4 weeks)

  • Focus on establishing mobility to prevent injury in further steps
  • Work on corrective exercises for anything that needs attention
  • Strengthen any movement patterns that will slow progress in phases 2 & 3
  • Create an environment for fat loss through good (but not restrictive) nutrition by slowly introducing new eating habits.
  • Identify foods that may be causing you some problems

PHASE 2 - Strength Building

  • To become fitter we need to become strong first. This continues from Phase 1 to ensure that our movement patterns are strong enough to progress.
  • Training with weights to promote the changes needed in the muscles to be able to move the weight efficiently and safely.
  • We will focus on fat burning and maintaining lean muscle to leave behind a toned athletic physique
  • Monitor nutrition and eliminate foods that have been identified as possibly problematic

PHASE 3 - Metabolic Training

  • While we will do a small amount of this in the previous two phases this will now become a bigger part of your training.
  • Focus on keeping the metabolism working hard while we are still at rest.
  • Phases 1&2 will have prepared your body to perform movements quickly and safely through a natural movement pattern.
