I have to admit to being rather surprised

I mean I already knew the STRONG DAD program was good

But this message I read in the WhatsApp group last week
blew me away

It’s a real world example of why this stuff WORKS

“I have to share a funny and positive story… I’ve
just been out to buy milk. The shop isn’t far but the
weather is shit! I went the long way round to increase
my steps, I didn’t go out yesterday it was just too
bitterly cold!

On the way back from the shop, I fell on my left hip,
in ceremonious slow motion… well that is how it felt
to me. I lay there for a few seconds, then got to my
feet, laughed at myself and walked home.

A few months ago, I was so much heavier than I am now,
over 2 stone to be exact. I was a miserable couch
potato… and I was unsteady on my feet. I walked
around in constant fear of falling over. Not only
incase I did myself an injury but also because I
believed I would struggle to get back to my feet!

I am SO pleased to have fallen over today. Not because
it clearly shows me how far I have come since the
beginning of the year, but it also allays all those
fears that I have been carrying around for so long.

Thank you Peter… you and your programme clearly ROCK!
Oh… and so do I 😁 “

I’m currently thinking of what else to add to this…

But nothing comes close to how awesome this account
actually is…

I mean fear of falling over is pretty debilitating…
Especially with the weather we’ve been having

And this person isn’t even old… so imagine what
they’d be like in 20 years time

We worry about old folk being lonely these days but
what about YOU in the future?

Being old, lonely and not being able to leave the house
isn’t exactly where I want to be

(and there a plenty of fellas out there
who’re headed that way)

Which is why I want to help
