Blimey it’s 5 years since Amy Winehouse
died…

I don’t know about you but I thought she was
pretty damn talented…

She’s was one of those artists where you
didn’t have to like her music to appreciate
how good she actually was…

I saw the Amy film a few months back which
showed how much of a struggle she had…

Albeit brought on by her self destructive
lifestyle…

But what a talent…

She even got to do a duet with her idol Tony
Bennet before she died…

And in the film you can see how great he
thinks she is…

She keeps on messing up her parts because
she’s so nervous…

Every time she tries again it’s different
(because she sings with feeling)…

This reminded me of Aretha Franklin in The
Blues Brothers…

She was asked to mime…

But she struggled cos she sang differently
every single time…

^^^ THAT’S proper talent…

See every day is different…

You don’t always feel great…

You don’t always have bags of energy to keep
the kids entertained…

You don’t always have a massively productive
day at work…

But on the days where you DO have all of
these things <— you feel like you could ¬†achieve ANYTHING right…

How would you feel if these days…

The high achieving days…

Outnumbered the shitty ones…

And I don’t mean no 51 / 49 %

I mean if these days were the VAST
majority…

So you became hugely more productive at
work…

Cos you got bags of energy…

Meaning you get to finish work… well… on
time…

Spend more time with the wife and kids…

And just generally look and feel better…

Like the fun dad you’ve been working so hard
at to become…

^^^ Which has sapped that well needed energy
to actually have fun…

Now the guys on the online challenge have
just begun their second week…

And the feedback so far is pretty damn
good…

They’ve ALL been following and are ALREADY
feeling the benefits…

But you’ll hear more from them in a few
days…

When you’ll have the opportunity to get
similar badass results…

Without having to set foot in a Gym…

The next challenge is starting in on Sept 5…

And will run for 6 WEEKS…

^^^ Yep you read that right…

If these guys are already getting results in
their first week…

—- Just imagine what 6 weeks will look
like…

So keep an eye out for the invitation dude…

But in the meantime just have a look at these
