would never have thought this was possible…

holding a 32kg bell above his noggin

But before you watch that

Let me tell you a little bit about him

When he joined BKS he was VERY wary about his lower back, neck
and shoulder

He’d had 6 months off exercise after his previous trainer had him
doing shrugs with weights


^^^ That’s not good by the way and is why all trainers are not
created equal

Knowing HOW to train you and build super strength WITHOUT hurting
you takes a lot of skill and knowledge

And as you can see from the video Jonny’s issues are LONG gone

This was after 4 weeks away due to being busy…

Not bad eh

Now I know this may seem a LONG way off for you

Maybe you’re stuck to your sofa and aren’t quite sure you can
EVER be as strong as this

Perhaps you have been doing weights for years and this is still

You may even think this is a result of HOURS of training every
week for years

(Jonny comes to 2 sessions per week …. that’s it)

So whatever excuse you can come up with I can call BS on… cos
I’ve made em all myself

Seriously… try me… I can help you get past the excuses and
start getting STRONG
