Can You Do It Standing Up?

Good bit if feedback from one of my guys last
week…

He posted this in the private group…

Gym instructor to me today: “Your
squat range has improved loads'”

Me: “yup, you can thank Peter Lant and BKS
for that!”

Made me well up that did…

But it also tells me that what we do here
works…

And even the trainers at the local big gym
are noticing…

Ok so why do you need a good squat depth?…

What on earth does that mean anyway…

If it means nothing to you then think about
when you want to get something from the
bottom shelf in the supermarket…

How do you get down there?… (It’s easy for
me cos I’m built like a Hobbit… even with
hairy feet)…

And what about when you try to put your socks
on…

Can you do it standing up?…

Or do you have to perch yourself on the end
of the bed… pull your leg round as far as
it will go…

And then strain to reach the end of your
foot…

Or do you just get someone else to do it for
you… (which will happen in the future if it
isn’t already)…

THAT’S WHY MOVEMENT IS IMPORTANT…

It gives you the freedom to do the simple
tasks in life…

— EASILY —

Rather than relying on others to help you…

I shall leave it there for you to ponder…

Or just get your arris down to the park…
