Bloated?… I know that feeling…

So I was away visiting a mate at the
weekend…
I got there at about 4pm on Friday…
And I haven’t seen this fella for a few
months…
So obviously we went for a few beers…
Then had another couple…
Then some grub…
With some more beers…
Then he cracked open the gin…
Phew…
Next night we ordered a Pizza…
Which took TWO HOURS to be delivered…
So we ate it then hit the hay…
Now there are a couple of lessons here…
1. DON’T eat pizza (quite a lot of it) just
before you got to bed… I had THE WORST
night’s kip…
And if you’re looking to lose weight – sleep
is hugely important…
And waking up at 2am with a mouth like
Ghandi’s Flip Flop isn’t gonna help… (This
should all be obvious by the way)…
2. Customer service at some places is
outrageous…
You see we ordered the pizza via an app…
And after an hour… when it hadn’t turned
up…
We rang the place –> no answer…. (we rang
a lot and it just rang off)
So we’d paid…
Not got the service we expected…
And couldn’t do anything about it…
Apart from tell the poor delivery lad…
Who’s only doing his job… and just told us
to ring the shop…
And I suspect that if we did get through…
They would have just offered us more pizza as
compensation… which is the last thing you
want…
When you feel the size of a house after
eating the first lot…
So…
Another couple of lessons directly for you my
man…
3. You can eat crap every now and then… (I
haven’t had pizza for a while so I really
went to town on those bad boys)…
As long as you eat well 80% of the time
you’ll do ok…
I’m gonna make sure I have a good week… No
debauchery til Friday for me now…
It really is that simple…
If you want results faster… Then eat well
100% of the time…
S.I.M.P.L.E…
But boring… if you can do it…. great…
But how long will it last…
Do something that’s SUSTAINABLE and the
results will come…
AND ARE MORE LIKELY TO LAST… (especially if
I’m on your case making sure you put in the
effort)…
Which segways nicely to lesson number :-
4. GET OUTSTANDING SERVICE…
If you aren’t getting what you want right
now… think about why that is…
Are you getting the service you deserve from
your current gym?…
I know the answer to this already by the way
(that’s why you’re here)…
I bet you’re getting the service that was
advertised… but this means you have to get
results on your own…
Which I happen to know (from personal
experience)… is damn near impossible…
Because you’ll sabotage yourself to make sure
you never get to your target weight…
Because life’s just too damn busy and you
don’t have the time (which you know is a load
of old pony)…
You can MAKE the time… you just have to be
prepared to do the work…
And it’ll make the rest of your life much
easier (you’ll be fitter & stronger so that
you don’t get tired and ratty every evening
after work)…
^^^ You know this reaction is frustration and
not actually tiredness right?  ^^^
So…
Impeccable service is waiting for you right
here…
All you need to do is apply…
And leave the rest to me…
