Me and the boys went out for a few beers on
Thursday night…

It’s not all work work work here…

And it’s Friday morning as I write this…
glad I moved a few sessions around this
week…

This way no-one had to worry about coming to
the 7am session on Friday morning…

Aren’t I a nice chap…

Being out Thursday night made me feel rather
proud I must admit…

EVERYONE got on with each other…

But I wasn’t really surprised considering
we’re all pretty much the same…

We’re all fellas who want to be fitter and
stronger without giving up the good stuff…

So I thought I’d use this opportunity to
