Are You Ready To Give Up?

Felt a bit stupid last week

Cos I got something that was super simple


Happens to us all dude

But I still felt like a bit of a douche

Especially as it was in my new strength

And the guy who is helping me with it pointed
out that I’d made an error

But rather than chucking my toys out…

And giving up

Just cos I got ONE thing wrong

In ONE session

I corrected it on the next session

And the world didn’t end

^^^ Funny that innit dude

So there’s a couple of things here for you to


1) Even when you know what you want to do it
still helps to have someone to keep you on

2) When something is simple you will try to
make it more complicated for one of the
following reasons

i) If it’s too simple then it will work
quicker when you add MORE to get FASTER

ii) Making the simple more difficult
gives you and excuse to give up when it
gets too hard

^^^ Neither of these things will get you what
you want by the way

(I know this from painful experience)

LITERALLY painful…

As in getting injured from trying to ‘fast
track’ my strength progress…

^^^ Which is what is known as -> Learning
The Hard Way

But I think you probably already have some
experience in this yourself right dude?

Which is exactly why I want to help you

The mistakes that resulted in:

Numerous trips to the Chiropractor

Sore & weak shoulders

Tight hips

Which all made it even harder for me to move

And therefore lose the lard I was gaining
