The Amount Of Muscle You’ll Lose In The Next 10 Years

Ever start something only to give up…

So you start again when you’re ready
(again)…

And then give up…

Starting something new is really hard…

And I get that…

But once you’re in you get a bit of a lift…

Everything feels great…

Until something happens beyond your control
that stops you in your tracks…

When the easy thing to do is give up (which I
have done a lot of in the past)…

But when I finally decided I wanted to get
fit strong and healthy there was no stopping
me…

Which is why I want to help you do the
same…

But this was a whole different ball game…

Doing it for myself is easy…

But helping others isn’t…

Especially when you don’t realise what’s at
stake…

Like future injuries…

Muscle wastage…

Osteoporosis…

Heart disease

Liver disorder

Kidney problems…

>>> all sorts of stuff…

Ok this all sounds a bit dramatic…

But if I were to tell you that lifting weights
increases your bone density…

And will prevent or even reverse muscle
wastage…

^^^ We lose 5% of muscle mass every 10 years
at our age by the way dude…

So if you’re already starting from a low
number then that can be a real problem in the
future…

This is my WHY?…

This is why I want to help you…
