All You Can Eat Buffet Tactics For Weight Loss

There was an all you can eat Chinese Buffet
that we used to go to in Newcastle…

One of my mates loved it…

And it was good value… (as long as you
timed it around the food scares that is)…

It was like a game of Russian Roulette with
E.coli…

Now there is a tactic to going to one of
these things…

I was unaware… but my mate was a dab
hand…

‘You’ve got to avoid your fillers’…

That’s what he used to say…

Avoid your rice, your noodles, any kind of
bread…

All of this so you can cram in as much meat
and vegetables as possible…

–> Because that’s where the value lies….

— And this is exactly what it’s like when
you’re trying to lose weight…

Now I’m not saying all of these things are
bad, bad, bad, bad, bad…

But if you’re eating rice, bread, pasta, WITH
EVERY MEAL…

Just to make sure you fill yourself up…
(because you don’t feel satisfied
otherwise)…

Then I have a small suggestion that’ll make a
huge difference to your weight loss
results…

Try replacing some of these things with more
vegetables…

All the colours… load your plate up with
that stuff…

And if you don’t like vegetables…

If you’ve just made that face that kids make
when you tell em they have to eat em all
before they can have ice cream…

THEN GROW UP…

You’re an adult… If you haven’t eaten veg
for years… give it a try… your tastes
change…

This alone will have a huge impact on how you
feel every single day…

* If you feel bloated most days… you know
that feeling like you need to fart but
can’t…

* If you’re finding it hard to sleep cos your
uncomfortable most nights…

* If you lack energy… feel constantly
hungry and can’t see to concentrate on your
work…

Then load up with more veggies…

It’s as simple as that…

Give it a try for a week… and tell me how
