A Typical Day (do you do this)?

Do you have a daily ritual?…

Most people do…

It goes like this vvv

You dive out of bed into the shower cos you
hit snooze a few too many times…

You have the quickest shower possible which
makes you feel more tired rather than waking
you up…

You grab the nearest shirt you can find and
the trousers you left hanging on the chair…

You scrabble around looking for your car keys
(which you have a place for but they’re never
there)…

Then you leave the house (probably forgetting
something important but you won’t realise
until later)…

It’s no wonder we live in a stressed out high
powered world where people make stupid
decisions all over the place…

Cos we’re all in such a damn hurry…

We have no time for ourselves…

We arrive at work with a massive ‘to-do’ list
but we’re already stressed before we’ve even
started…

How can you possibly get anything productive
done in this state…

Ahhh yes…

Coffee…

The answer to everything…

So now you think I’m gonna go on about
caffeine and how you should avoid it cos it’s
a crutch and doesn’t actually help…

^^^ Well balls to that…

I love the stuff…

But imagine what a life like this is doing to
your health…

This is the sort of shit that burns you
out…

Leaves you feeling so knackered some days
that you just don’t want to get out of bed…

You grab whatever food you can while you’re
on the go…

Arrive home even more knackered…

Maybe think about doing some exercise (but
that’ll just make you more tired right)…

Thing is though…

If you actually MAKE TIME to get stronger
fitter and healthier…

It creates space and time in your life to
concentrate on what needs to be done…

You become more productive…

More confident…

Less knackered…

Happier…

You’re not a stressed out timebomb who needs
to let off a 4 minute warning making sure
everyone clears out of your way…

Before you explode…

If you’re able to clear 3 hours a week in
your schedule…

3 hours to spend on getting moving…

Getting rid of the tight shoulders…

– Sore knees

– Knackered hips…

– Tension headaches..

Cos all of this stuff holds you back…

See what I mean when you meet the other guys
down here…

The fellas who all had the same problems…

Only difference between them and you?…

They took action…
