I started the Ditch The Dad Bod 28 Day Challenge to help fellas like you get back on track with your health and fitness with the guidance of a man who's done it for himself (and with the help of other guys who are in the same position as you)

This program has everything you need to get you started including, video tutorials for each exercise, bodyweight exercises to reverse the 'desk posture', explanations on how to set a meaningful goal and how to make a plan to reach that goal as well as nutritional guidance via the online system so you can continue to eat the food you like

This is an application only program as I want work with guys who are going to support each other to give you the best chance of hitting your goal by the end of the 28 days
