18 Months And Zero Results

It’s funny how some people just don’t get
it…

Guys who comment all the time about how what
we do here is plain wrong…

There are loads of ways to get fit and strong
and kettlebells isn’t the ONLY way…

^^^ Now I’m not stoopid and I realise this…

But when I worked in a gym I spoke to a lot
of guys who wanted to lose weight and get
some definition…

— None of them ever told me they wanted to be
ripped…

— They never said they wanted to be athletes or
physique models…

Which is why I don’t give a toss about all of
that…

Cos it’s not what you want…

So how come – over a year and a half later I
see these same guys doing the same old things
and looking the same…

Nothing has changed…

So what do you do?…

^^^ You don’t want to spend your life in the
gym do you?…

You haven’t got much time on your hands…

So how’s spending a couple of hours a day in
the gym gonna fit in?…

The wife and kids would love that right…

Especially if you miss a day and have to take
some time at the weekend…

Missing out on footy practice or ballet
classes or whatever the cherubs go to…

Now I don’t want that to happen…

Which is why you come to us during the
week…

You do what needs to be done (and not a bit
more)…

So you lose weight and get that definition…

^^^ Without having to fight for space
(because we have limited numbers to make sure
you get the attention you deserve)

— OR —

You could spend another 18 months getting
zero results…

But being able to rent some lovely space and
equipment that you don’t know how to use
effectively…
