CHAOS…

Overwhelm…

Burn-out…

These things all have the potential to stop
you in your tracks…

Even before you get out of bed in the
morning…

Used to happen to me most days…

Until the weekend when I could drink myself
into oblivion to forget about everything…

^^^ Pretty much did this for 15 years…

Until I realised it gets a bit boring after a
while…

Especially when I felt like shit on a Monday
morning when I was supposed to be ready to
smash the week…

It’s easy for me to say that all it takes is
some time for yourself to make you feel
better…

But I know it’s not that easy…

You got kids to ferry around…

You got a busy job…

Life’s pretty damn hectic…

But when was the last time you took a step
back and actually SAW what was going on?…

If you did that you might be surprised at how
much time you actually waste…

Sitting thinking about how tired you are…

Rather than doing something about it…

It’s these thoughts of tiredness and how
the world is against you…

Everything is stacked up to piss you off…

Things that you have no control over get on
your nerves on a constant basis…

To the point where you’re consumed by anger
and frustration that you can’t concentrate on
the important things in life…

Like spending quality time with your kids…

^^^ Without having your phone in front of
your face…

Or your mind on that big project that needs
delivering at work…

See what just happened there?…

Everything you WANT to do…

The things you CAN control…

These get put aside so you can focus on the
other shit that you have zero control over…

Leaving you feel knackered…

Overwhelmed…

Burnt-out…
